ScrollManiac!은 우리가 흔히 쓰는 마우스를 전혀 다른 방식으로 사용하여 플레이 하는 게임입니다. 레벨을 클리어하기 위해서는 반드시 한쪽 방향으로 마우스 휠을 스크롤 해야 합니다. 플레이어는 한쪽 방향으로의 스크롤을 유지하기 위해 마우스를 거꾸로 잡고 직접 이동해야 합니다.

ScrollManiac! suggests  a whole different way of using a mouse as a game controller. Player should scroll a mouse wheel in one direction fast enough to defeat an AI opponent presented in each stage.  To keep on scrolling in one direction, player is encouraged to keep moving while holding a mouse downside up sliding against any surface.
